Weekly Newsletter
Dear Families,
Thank you so much for all of the wonderful lunches, coffee, chocolate, and cards, as well as the gift certificate to my favorite store: Lou’s Records! What a surprise. I will definitely enjoy using that.
The next couple of weeks are going to be very busy as we have a number of special events and projects that the kids will be working on. We also will be giving the end of year District Assessments over the next three weeks. We have attached a calendar for your convenience.
In this envelope, you will find a permission slip for our field trip to Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, directions for the Egg Drop on June 18, and instructions for our United States of America Map Project. Please be sure to sign the permission slip and turn it in as soon as possible.
Since we have a number of projects that the kids are working on, there won’t be much other homework assigned. Although students will be using class time to work on these projects, they are expected to work on them at home as well. It will be especially important for them to bring their U.S. Map back to school everyday so that they can work on it.
Thanks so much for your support. It has been a tremendous year. We hope to make these last four weeks full of unforgettable memories.
Have a fantastic week.
